You know the feeling when you are on a roller coaster ride and the tracks are launching your cart into the sky. Your palms start sweating as you clutch the sliver handles of the safety bar, excited yet nervous to what is ahead. You hear the tracks click as you reach the very top, you close your eyes and prepare yourself for the drop ahead. Next thing you know your stomach has lifted to your chest. Your body pulled back from the high speed wind. Your hair flying around you. Bizarre sounds coming out of your mouth, including shrieks, screams and laughs. Suddenly you become quite, for you can not control the joy filling your body.

This is as close as I can come to describing my experience working for Milagro.

So much has happened since you last heard from me. So… Previously at Milagro Marketing (Said in a deep cinematic voice)

An elevated curve launched me into the planning of our Dia de Los Muertos festival. I traveled to St. James Park, in downtown San Jose, where the celebration will be held. We planned the setup and as I stood there, I closed my eyes and imagined what the atmosphere will be like in that very spot on October 25. I have been in contact with the latin bands of our lineup and let me tell you, this festival is going to be epic. Hope to see you all there!

David had left for vacation which dove me into a corkscrew, as Sergio, Nick and I battened down the hatches. There was never a dull moment with those two. Sergio gave me funny yet informative lectures about the importance of using shortcuts on my keyword and how to get setup for a photo shoot. They all ended with philosophical quotes about life and the future. Together we went to Jiminy Stitch it, where we picked up t-shirts for a client. I was given the grand tour of the place and I learned about the t-shirt making processes. It was very exciting to see how what we design on the computer transforms into a real product. Another thrilling event was completing the radio jingle we created for Excel Debt Relief, advertising their services in the catchiest way possible. I had that song stuck in my head for weeks and it never got old. Sergio would make fun of me because every time we played it at the office I would dance along.

A diving loop was introduced to the ride, as we welcomed Andrea back on board. Which was much needed because the girl power in the office was running on low fuel. As she mentioned in her last post, we took a trip around the silicon valley, visiting companies that have reinvented our reality. It makes you wonder about the endless possibilities one can offer to the world and how no idea should be disregarded for being impossible. We have been scheduling some very exciting new posts about the most interesting piñata in the world, of corse Milagrito, including all the pictures we took on our adventure. So look out for those in the near future.

You will be hearing form me soon, but for now… continue to keep hands and feet inside the cart and hold on to those safety bars, because the ride in now in motion.
